Camping FAQs

How do I get tickets?
Camping is available only as part of a full weekend camping ticket. These may be purchased fromT icketline, ticketmaster, The Booth or Tickets scotland. Check the website for independent outlets. Please only buy tickets from recommended suppliers as we have a strict ticket check in place and any forgeries will be detected at the gates.

Can I buy a camping ticket when I arrive?
Yes. Providing the campsite is not fully booked you will be able to purchase a ticket at the entrance box offices. Please do not buy tickets from anyone else as we have a very rigid ticket inspection system in place this year. Space is limited so we advise you buy before you arrive!

Where do I pick up my camping wristband?
Once you have arrived at RockNess, you will be directed to the entrance point by our stewards. You will then be fully searched by our good looking and friendly security staff. Once you have passed through the search, you will proceed to the wrist banding area and then onto the best weekend of the year!!! Please have your ticket ready for inspection.

What camping gear do I need to bring?

The minimum you’ll need for a comfortable camping experience is a tent, roll mat and sleeping bag. We recommend visiting the Tiso website where you can purchase a 2 man tent, 2 sleeping bags and 2 roll mats for only £65, an extra £10 will get you a 3 man tent plus the same gear for added room. Click on the link to order your tent today and you can even opt to collect it from the Tiso store in Inverness on your way to the event. Click here

Campervans & Caravans

If you are planning to bring a campervan or caravan to RockNess this year you must purchase a full weekend camping ticket and a seperate campervan & caravan ticket from TICKETLINE.

Please note, you must follow all event signage when approaching the site and all campervans and caravans will enter via GATE 5. You will then be directed to your pitch in the field.

This is a greenfield site and therefore is bumpy in places. All vehicles enter the site at owners risk.

Thanks.
